Recently our intern had the opportunity to help set up an open house for a book club. The house is located in the historic village of Wickford, RI and dates back to the early 1800s. This beautiful historic home is right on the harbor where boats and yacht can be seen coming in from the bay.
This building was once a local fish shack and throughout the years has been made into a home. Some of the original architecture still stands, including the front door and the doors in the kitchen which have remained in place since 1832. Another original aspect of the home are the beams that are exposed and run throughout the ceilings where they can be enjoyed as part of the current decor. Take a look at some of the images taken of this gorgeous Rhode Island home. We thank Nora for opening up her home to us and letting us experience all it has to offer!
